In a momentous step forward for youth employment and skill development, Yashaswi Group announced renowned actor, director, and youth icon Pravin Tarde as the Brand Ambassador of its flagship program – “Learn & Earn”. The program offers underprivileged youth a collaboration of education and industry training to equip them with applied skills and enhance their employability. The announcement was made on October 11, 2025, at 7 p.m. during a special event focused on “The Impact of the Apprenticeship Amendment and the Way Forward.”
The program was held in the presence of Hon. Chandrakant Dada Patil, Minister for Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra. He emphasized the need to make education skill-oriented and employment-focused, stating that programs like Learn & Earn must be viewed as social movements that enable youth empowerment and workforce readiness.
Also present at the event were Rajesh Pandey, Member of the Advisory Committee, Savitribai Phule Pune University, General Secretary of the BJP Maharashtra, and Director of the National Book Trust; Dr Santosh Bhave, Former Director (HR & IR), Bharat Forge Ltd.; Adv. Aditya Joshi, Labour Law Expert; and Dr Narendra Patil, Vice President (West), NIPM.
Pravin Tarde highlighted the importance of Learn & Earn program as a vital bridge for rural and aspiring youth by combining education with practical, On-the-Job training, thereby fostering self-independence and employability.

Further, he emphasised that his association would further enhance the program’s impact, strengthen its outreach, and inspire youth to pursue skill-led employment across Maharashtra.
