The Learn & Earn program, launched by Yashaswi Group in 2010 as India’s first initiative of its kind, offers skill-driven vocational training including short-term and long-term courses, On-The-Job Training, and a monthly stipend that leads to industry-recognized certifications, diplomas, and advanced diplomas at no cost to students. We partner with 600+ organisations to convert entry-level candidates into employment-ready workers; the program has trained over 2 lakh+ students to date, with a focus on making underprivileged youth industry-ready without financial burden.

YASHASWI ACADEMY FOR SKILLS
Yashaswi Group is India’s first Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) appointed by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, a role it has held since 2016 to implement the government’s apprenticeship program nationwide. As a TPA, Yashaswi connects organizations with apprentices and manages compliance under NAPS — a mandate it has held as the No. 1 facilitator by apprentice volume for three consecutive years. Yashaswi is also empanelled under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) by the Ministry of Education, extending its role in strengthening vocational education and skilled manpower across India.

The duration of courses at Yashaswi Group varies based on the type of program. Workshops or boot camps may last from 1 day to 4 weeks, while other courses can range from 2 months, and some can extend up to 1 year, depending on the depth and scope of the training.
Eligibility criteria at Yashaswi Skill Development Center vary by course, but generally, a high school diploma (10th or 12th pass) is required. Graduates and professionals can directly enroll in advanced programs.
