Yashaswi Group launched India’s First Learn & Earn program in 2010. It aims to provide skill-driven vocational training courses tailored to meet industry needs and develop talent. Students can earn certification, diplomas, and advanced diplomas without any financial burden from various universities. The program includes short-term and long-term vocational courses along with On-The-Job Training and provides a stipend to trainees. This initiative has made a significant impact in uplifting underprivileged youth and creating a pool of talent for the industry.

Yashaswi Group, appointed as India’s first Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship in 2016, leads the implementation of the government’s apprenticeship program, holding the No. 1 position for facilitating the highest number of apprentices for three consecutive years. Additionally, Yashaswi has been empanelled with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) by the Ministry of Education, an initiative focused on strengthening vocational education and fostering skilled manpower across the nation.
